Values in Action
Values in Action (VIA) are learning experiences that support students’ development as socially responsible citizens who contribute meaningfully to the community through the learning and application of values, knowledge and skills. VIA aims to nurture students into active contributors and concerned citizens.

Through VIA, students are encouraged to take ownership to identify and understand community issues. They then initiate action among their peers to make a difference and improve the lives of others. Throughout the process, students reflect on what they have learnt, and how they can continue to make a difference to others, beyond a project.

Students taking great ownership of the VIA learning experiences and found VIA to be more meaningful and be more motivated to continue making a difference to the community and nation even after leaving school.
